Shaikh Mufti Muhammad Khalid Hasani is a distinguished Shariah scholar with strong expertise in Islamic jurisprudence. He holds a Shahadah Aalamiyyah (Master’s in Shariah / Islamic Studies) from Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi, followed by an advanced specialization in Islamic jurisprudence (Mufti Course), and a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

He has extensive experience in teaching Islamic disciplines and has served in key Shariah roles across several leading Islamic financial institutions. He is currently a Shariah Board Member at Bank Al Baraka Pakistan and has contributed to product development, Shariah compliance and Takaful structuring across the banking and insurance sectors. He is a Certified Shariah Advisor under SECP and was recognized as the “Upcoming Shariah Scholar of Islamic Finance” by Cambridge IFA in 2017.

  • Al-‘Ālimiyyah Degree (Master’s in Shari’ah and Islamic Studies) – Darul Uloom Karachi, Pakistan (under the supervision of senior scholars such as Sheikh Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani and Sheikh Muhammad Rafi Usmani)

  • Specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence (Mufti Course) – Darul Uloom Karachi
